Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Deanna Wickey Wellness, its independent educational resources and Your Personal Wellness Path. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it.

During public recovery: public educational pages and finished guides remain available to read, while member access, Profile activities, payments and online submissions are paused. Descriptions of the member model below do not activate an account, membership, payment, booking or message workflow, or confirm that a submission has been saved or sent.

Wellness Information

Wellness Profiles, guides, Path content and reflections are for general education and personal reflection. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. The information you enter is self-reported and does not establish a medical result.

Member Service and Membership

The Personal Wellness Path model starts with a free Personal Wellness Profile. Your free Profile, baseline results and their reflection history are not locked behind payment. Optional paid continuity adds ongoing reviews and check-ins to connect your learning over time; it is a separate choice, not a requirement to keep your free Profile and its history.

When member services are available, a member-led review becomes eligible after 30 days from your latest completed Profile or review. It is an invitation you may choose to use, not a due date, overdue task or obligation. You choose when to return, what to explore and whether to participate.

Payment is a separate decision from creating a free Profile. Any price, billing interval, renewal terms and cancellation options should be reviewed in the specific payment offer made available before you choose to pay. Payment services are paused during public recovery. These terms do not confirm a live checkout or billing portal, automatic renewal, a cancellation mechanism or the date a cancellation would take effect.

Payment-card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored as raw card data in the Deanna Wickey Wellness application.

Optional Text Messages

Text messages are optional and require separate, affirmative SMS consent if offered. Providing a phone number, creating an account, making a purchase or consenting to email does not enroll you in SMS. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or access to a resource and does not enroll you in email marketing or guide notifications. If texting is made available, the offer should state frequency and consent details; message and data rates may apply.

For an existing text thread, reply STOP to request opt-out or HELP to request help, or email support@deannawickey.com. These terms do not confirm live SMS sending, provider processing or reply delivery. See the Privacy Policy.

Separate Email Choices

Transactional and service messages about a requested account or service are separate from promotional email. A Note From Deanna requires its own marketing consent; guide notifications require a separate choice for the identified resource. Consent to one does not enroll you in the other or in SMS. Creating a Profile or requesting support does not provide marketing or guide-notification consent. These descriptions do not mean signup or delivery is available during public recovery.

External Services

Where a separately requested service is enabled, external providers may support payments or communications. These providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Mentioning a provider does not establish current availability or verify delivery, billing or account behavior.

Earlier third-party assessment promotions, score-sharing journeys, associated booking journeys and product campaigns are retired from the current public experience. This site does not offer those workflows through its current presentation. Historical records or independently reached external services may still exist; template retirement does not establish backend or provider shutdown or deletion of earlier records.

Third-Party Links

This site may include educational references or links to outside services. A reference is not a product sold here or a requirement to buy. Where a verified affiliate relationship applies, it should be disclosed with the link, and Deanna may receive compensation from a purchase. No price, availability or outcome is promised here. Outside services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
