Information We Collect

When you use this website, we may collect the following information if you choose to submit it:

• Name and email address — collected through contact, opt-in, and quiz forms.
• Mobile phone number — collected only when you specifically request text message communication. We do not collect mobile numbers from forms where text messaging is not offered.
• Quiz and assessment responses — answers you provide in the Energy Check or other on-site educational tools.
• Text message content and replies — when you reply to a text message from Deanna Wickey Wellness, that reply may be received and reviewed by Deanna personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to deliver the content or follow-up you requested at the time of collection. Specifically:

• Email: to send requested guides, assessment links, and educational follow-up content.
• SMS/Text: to send requested links, healthy-aging education, wellness reminders, personal support, and occasional promotional messages about Deanna Wickey Wellness resources — but only when you have expressly consented to text communication. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or access to any resource on this site.

We do not sell or share your personal information — including your mobile number — with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties for marketing.

SMS and Email Consent Evidence

When you provide consent to receive SMS or email communications, we record:

• Your channel preference (SMS, email, or both)
• The exact timestamp of consent
• The version of the disclosure you agreed to
• The source page and any campaign tags (UTMs) present at the time

How to Stop Receiving Communications

To stop text messages: Reply STOP to any text message from Deanna Wickey Wellness at any time. You may also reply HELP for support information. Opting out of text messages does not affect any email subscription you may have.

To stop email: Use the unsubscribe link included in every email, or reply directly to any email and ask to be removed. Unsubscribing from email does not affect any text message subscription you may have.

Service Providers

We use third-party services to deliver communications:

• SimpleTexting — for SMS/text message delivery. SimpleTexting receives mobile numbers and message content only as necessary to deliver the messages you consented to receive. SimpleTexting does not use this information for its own marketing.
• Resend — for transactional and marketing email delivery. Resend receives email addresses and message content only as necessary to deliver the emails you requested.

Both providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements and are not authorized to use your information for any other purpose.

First-Party Analytics

This website uses its own first-party analytics to understand how visitors use the site. When you visit, a randomly generated anonymous session identifier is stored in a signed browser cookie for the duration of your session. We record which pages were viewed, in what order, and whether you clicked key links (such as an assessment link or guide request). No third-party tracking scripts are used for this purpose.

If you arrived via a social media post or email link that included campaign tags (UTM parameters), those tags are stored alongside your session to help Deanna understand which content is most useful. UTM data is never shared with third parties.

If you submit a form on this site, your session is linked to your submission so Deanna can understand which page or campaign led to the conversation. All analytics data is stored on our own servers and is accessible only to Deanna.
